Through our person-centred approach we allow children & young people to navigate their loss and traumatic experiences through fostering resilience techniques, implementing coping mechanisms, and giving hope for the future. We provide a safe space for young people to recover and restore their mental and emotional health through means of Counselling, Trauma Support, Family Therapy, Wellbeing Days, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Mental Health Workshops, Signposting, Youth Groups, Mind Gyms, Positivity Gyms, Peer Groups Support, Online Therapy and Telephone Therapy.  

The organisations  support is making a profound difference in the lives of the children and young people we serve through Counselling, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Counselling, Online Therapy, Wellbeing Days, Signposting and Mental Health services; helping them develop healthy coping mechanisms, build resilience, and instil a hope for the future.

The organisation is a SQA Accredited Trauma Training centre and deliver Trauma trainings to Education, Nhs, College Campus’s, Social Work, third sector organisations and workplaces.
