  • Worries, anxiety, or stress

  • Things that have happened in their life

Before, I felt invisible. Now I feel like someone believes me.

What support feels like

What support feels like

You’ll have a safe space where you can:

  • Talk about how you feel

  • Be listened to without judgement

  • Take things at your own pace

You don’t have to share everything straight away. We go at a pace that feels right for you.
