One-to-one therapy

A safe, confidential space for children and young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

We provide one-to-one therapeutic support for children and young people aged 4–19 who are experiencing trauma, grief, loss, or emotional challenges.

Each session offers a calm, consistent environment where young people can feel safe, understood, and supported to process their experiences at their own pace.
