The Challenge
When she first began sessions, she found it difficult to engage and rarely spoke. She appeared anxious and struggled to express how she was feeling, often becoming overwhelmed in both classroom and home environments.
The Support
Through one-to-one and creative therapy, she was provided with a safe, consistent space to build trust at her own pace.
Art-based activities allowed her to begin expressing emotions that were difficult to put into words, while regular sessions helped create a sense of stability and safety.
The Outcome
Over time, she became more open and confident in sessions, gradually developing the ability to communicate her thoughts and feelings.
This progress extended beyond therapy, supporting improved engagement in school and more positive interactions at home.
